The manufacturer whose address appears on a products label must keep available the following information (known as a Product Information Pack):

Qualitative and quantitative composition of the product
The physico-chemical and microbiological composition or the raw material and the finished product
The purity and microbiological control criteria of the finished product
An assessment of the safety for human health of the finished product (Safety Assessment Certificate)
