Introduction

Welcome to Panspermia Microbiology website.  We are based in Burnham-on-Crouch, a small town in Essex famous for sailing.  This laboratory was established in 1986 by our founder B. Jayasekara.

We are a contract laboratory and as such our services can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, also note that the information derived from your sample analysis belong to you the customer and remains absolutely confidential.

Most test methods are standard methods used world over.   Although there are a few methods we have researched and developed to analyse newly designed, recently launched product types e.g. wipe products.

Regularly, our clients submit samples to be analysed to agreed specifications and the results are then e-mailed, faxed or posted to them without delay.  Appropriate advice is given and study of projects initiated when contamination is detected.

We are audited to ISO 9001: 2008 and participate in proficiency testing with Public Heath England
